Hi @JuliaEY If you are referring to a pega.com application then you should be able to send the logs to Splunk using the Splunk HTTP Event Collector (HEC) - See https://docs.pega.com/bundle/pega-cloud/page/pega-cloud/pc/pcs-logs-streaming-splunk.html for more info on this. If these logs contain to relevant metrics/events then you will be able to create appropriate dashboards/searches/alerts in Splunk to provide the information you need. Regarding the costs of this, it really depends on the volume of logs (typically avg. event size x number of events) but the best approach here I think would be to contact a Splunk Partner or Splunk Sales team to get an evaluation/trial/Proof of Concept setup as this will give you the opportunity to validate that the requirements are met and also to determine the costing for the ingested data. 🌟 Did this answer help you?
