I have the same issue too. Cloud Monitoring Console was recently updated to a new version on 26/09. I have a ticket with Splunk technical support, it might be a bug.

Hi at least in earlier it's depends how big license you have and based on that you can add additional "contact accounts" to your support agreement in Support Portal. There was/is(?) some limitations that can those be from another domain or not. You could ask the current situation from Support Portal. r. Ismo
