Guys, Im looking to figure out a way to determine when the last event happened in a top ten report. For example: 5/12/2013 12:00 500 apples 5/12/2015 13:00 225 Pears Etc. I currently have the query: host="Clerk" sourcetype="fruitStand" | top 10 fruit I use the table visualization.

Guys, I read a bit about putting the google map in a dashboard, but i still cant seem to get the actual map to appear. I have the following as a search: eventtype="proxy-logs" | top limit=10 domain | geoip domain resolve_hostnames=true. This displays a table currently and shows all the locations correctly. Just need the map and plotting now 🙂 Id paste the xml here, but this input box doesn't like it much 🙂

Guys, I know this might be a stupid question, but ive been struggling with it for some time now. Basically, i have create a new application. Under that application I have created a view, but i wanted a dashboard. If i click on the dashboard menu it only shows a straight line. (i.e. no options at all) I know im probably missing something basic here, but I have combed through all the docs and google searches I can. Thanks, Mike
