After windows UF upgrade from 7.1.10 to 8.2.0, we are getting the spunk perfmon.exe counters not found error in splunk internal index. However windows perfmon data is coming in Splunk. Before upgrade I couldn't see any this type of error. Hi All, I have created a single value panel and then wanted to have a drill down search query not dashboard query. So I was able to do it but I have an issue like if the drilldown search query contains "creationhybris>$tokearliest$ and creationhybris<&$toklatest$" then the search query is not working. It is showing blank in the uri. Here the creation hybris is the field which contain epoch time thing and we have already converted the earliest and latest into epoch time in our xml query of the dashboard. what is the reason when we change the adhoc search of a KPI to base search, the logs in index=itsi_summary shows that the KPI is using both the searches ( adhoc as well as base search) even after the adhoc search has been deleted from the KPI in splunk itsi. ... View more

We are experiencing issues with services' health score alternating between 0 and 100 in the glass table in ITSI. When I have set the importance value to 11 for all the services then the health scores shows 0 even though all the underlying KPIs are normal. Now when we change to 5, even there is issue with any kpi still it is showing green in the service health which is wrong. what should be the possible issue here?? Can anyone help on this. ...
