The Splunk Add-on for IBM WebSphere Application Server allows a Splunk software administrator to collect data from WebSphere Application Servers. The add-on can collect JMX metrics, HPEL logging events, and server logs, including status, trace, error, and exception logs. This add-on provides the inputs and CIM-compatible knowledge to use with other Splunk apps, such as Splunk Enterprise Security, the Splunk App for PCI Compliance, and Splunk IT Service Intelligence.
