Hi I am trying to verify veteran status but when I verify with troop.Id I continue to get the message 'WorkForce Registration Incomplete'.

Following up to see if there is a resolution to this yet. Support kept blaming it on id.me and then finally admitted it's a back end issue. Why can't someone just manually fix my account or give enough credits to finish F2 courses?

F2 course is no longer offered. You will have an access to single subject elearning courses at no cost as soon as you are approved for Pledge. 

You should email education_amer@splunk.com and provide your registration email address to get an assistance.

You should already have Pledge status active. Please sign in to your education account and browse to https://education.splunk.com/course/splunk-7x-fundamentals-part-2-iod to enroll in Fundamentals 2 IOD course at no cost.

Hey I am having the exact same issue the original poster had. My ID.me says I am verified but I cannot access the Fundamentals 2 course for free like I am suppose to be able to.  I need to enroll and complete the course because my work is signing me up for Fundamentals 3 at the beginning of the month. Your help is appreciated.

I'm having the same issue, "WorkForce Registration Incomplete!" When clicking on the Troop ID I get the message below. Looks like troop ID is now ID.me.  Thanks in advance.
