Why are the Splunk training labs not working?

I download Splunk on my local machine and am trying to go through the labs. They aren't working cause my local machine doesn't have that much data, was their a file I was supposed to upload? I went through the lab materials and am not seeing anything.

Hi @mdwane ,
Could you please be more specific about the training or the course you are under going.

In general, Splunk provides required files, which needs to be downloaded and indexed into our local cluster.
And, then only you can get the desired results.

You have to download the module file and it contains all the instructions about the lab.
The pdf clearly states the instructions.
