Splunk education site is down

Splunk education site is reported down to me since last 10 days. its reported http "403" error. 

Cleared cache multiple time, Change browser, tried on multiple devices but still reported same issue. 

Does any one else faced same issue?

Splunk Learning Platform going under upgrade, till 22nd 5 PM PST

on 22nd new platform will be available.
