you can find it in the Splunk Partner Portal (partners.splunk.com).

you have to login and search in the [Learn -- Accreditation] section, there you can find the "Splunk Accreditated Sales Engineer I" path, I cannot share the link because it's different for each user.

Some time ago it was a free course, I'm not sure that it's always free.
