you need to fill out the form using following URL for Splunk ID, and then you will get an email from Splunk with in 2 to 3 business days with SplunkID that can be used to create Pearson account.

if you didnt get an email in 2 to 3 business days , please send an email to certification@splunk.com for SplunkID.
