Splunk Fundamentals 1 403 error

Hello,

 I registered for Splunk Fundamentals 1 and got through 3 of the modules. Whenever I try to log back in, I got a 403 Forbidden message. Other posts have suggested to send an email contact but they have not responded. Any support would be appreciated

Please try the following steps: 

- Clear the cache in your browser, and restart the browser

- Reboot your computer if possible

- Try different browsers

- Try alternate network

- Turn off VPN, if applicable.
