Splunk Certification

My name is Ashot and I'm from Armenia. Currently I'm studying Splunk software and need trainings. Also I want to obtain some certifications from Splunk.

What kind of trainings are available for me taking into consideration that my location is Armenia. I'm interested in e-learning and on-line materials for studying.

Please provide me detailed steps how can I obtain the certification.

The only source for a Splunk certification is Splunk - you can see a list of prerequisites for the certification here: http://www.splunk.com/view/SP-CAAAGCF

That list includes a set of classes.

Ok, thank you very much for the information. And one more question, can't I pass some exams for the certification without attending those classes?

For learning there's the documentation and gaining hands-on experience, but there is no free way of getting certified... unless your employer pays for that, but that's a very specific kind of "free" 😉

Thanks for the response martin_mueller, but those virtual classes are VERY expensive. Is there any other method for learning and certification?
