Can anyone please advise about the format of the online exam for splunk admin certification?
Is it similar to power user exam with 50 multiple choice questions - 1 hr - have to get 38 correct to pass?

yes the Admin Exam is exactly the same format as the Power Exam, 50 multiple choice questions, 1 hr, 38 correct to pass

Yes, it is pretty much the same format. Don't remember the exact number of questions, but you have the general idea.
