Processing time: convert Training Unit into Certification vouchers

After emailing certification@splunk.com, how long does it take to receive the voucher in email reply??

If it helps I got some previously the same day and the request must be sent at least 24 hours before the the training credits are due to expire.

Depends, but usually takes 3-5 business days
