Need Assistance with 'Error 500: Internal Server Error' in Splunk

Hello, Splunk community,

I'm facing a persistent 'Error 500: Internal Server Error' issue on my setup. This error occurs when I access, and I can't find any clear solutions in the logs.

I already check this: https://community.splunk.com/t5/Security/500-Internal-Server-Error/m-p/477677DevOps Certification  but my problem is not solved yet.

Any guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
