I created my account with first name of Jim. I want to do my first certification and I am concerned that my ID says James. Is this going to be a problem with Pearson? Can I change my name (without changing the email associated with the account)?

Pearson wants that your name is exactly as it is on your id papers (like passport). Here is an old answer how you could change your name https://community.splunk.com/t5/Random/Request-to-change-the-Username-or-delete-this-account/m-p/573.... Basically you need ask help from support.
