Hi @alabduslama98,

are you speaking of Splunk Community Account or Person VUE Account?

In the first case, open a Non Technical Case on your Partner Portal.

In the second case, go to the Person VUE Customer Care (https://home.pearsonvue.com/Test-takers/Customer-service.aspx) and ask them.

In this case, beware to use a last name corresponding to your personal documents otherwise you'll have problems during exams.

Ciao.

Giuseppe
