Cannot submit information in pearson vue registration form

I try to fill in the registration form below in order to get a Splunk ID and try to be certified.

I am a free user using a gmail non-corporate account.

Although all fields seem to be completed correctly (all green), the "submit information" button does not become active in order to click and proceed. No errors regarding my info. Just never becomes active

Other things to try: Incognito Mode; disable the ad-blocker; make sure JavaScript is enabled; enable pop-ups

Thanks for answering. Tried all 

It was buggy form..

After leaving a required field blank (in red) the button was activated and proceeded.

If all fields are correctly filled in, the button keeps staying  inactivated..
