Can not access splunk UBA web interface (single linux server)

I can not access splunk UBA web interface, It's on a single Linux server

and pass the precheck and setup is done , I check the caspida status its going OK.  Is it because of firewall rule, docker or another ? please help me. 

browser : chrome / firefox

my os : RHEL 8.5

UBA version : 5.1.0

network eth0
