stacked bar chart in timeline series

hi! I want to create a stacked bar chart like in a timline series like this

|[----RUN TIME----]|[----IDLE TIME----]|[-----RUN TIME----]|
|[----10:00 AM----]|[------10:55AM----]|.................................|

how will I be able to do this aside from using the timeline app?
