how to create Geo Map in Splunk

Hi,

I am using Splunk 6.0 with Windows OS. I want to create Geo Map with the help of Splunk with free edition. Currently I created dashboard with the help of postgresql database table but while I create geo map with using option which is available in GEo map .It is not working .

Kindly provide me solution.
