This was implemented in 6.1
Field(s) Name - it should be fields from search result, you can use Viz Editor to bring them to Panel
Field Name - one of above field to make default Axis Y 2 title, you can skip it if you have only one field in above option
true - it is required to have following two options to have second Axis Y presented on Panel "charting.chart.overlayFields" and "charting.axisY2.enabled"
You can have different or the same scale and intervale for both Axis Y

Thanks for your Answers. But I am not sure how could I add my search query data in second Y axis in right hand side.

Here is my Search Query.
index="OCSMONITOR" | timechart span=1m count(eval(source="dbmon-tail://ocsrpt_ocsmonitor/obuimport_processed")) as CountProcess, count(eval(source="dbmon-tail://ocsrpt_ocsmonitor/obuimport_new")) as CountNew, avg(PROCESSING_TIME_SEC) as "Avg Processing Time"

Here I want to add "Avg Processing Time " in second Y axis.

Default XML are :

OBU New and PRocessed Events.
OBU New and Processed Events

  <option name="charting.axisTitleX.visibility">visible</option>
  <option name="charting.axisTitleY.visibility">visible</option>

  <option name="charting.axisX.scale">linear</option>
  <option name="charting.axisY.scale">linear</option>

  <option name="charting.chart">line</option>
  <option name="charting.chart.nullValueMode">gaps</option>
  <option name="charting.chart.sliceCollapsingThreshold">0.01</option>
  <option name="charting.chart.stackMode">default</option>
  <option name="charting.chart.style">shiny</option>
  <option name="charting.drilldown">all</option>
  <option name="charting.layout.splitSeries">0</option>
  <option name="charting.legend.labelStyle.overflowMode">ellipsisMiddle</option>
  <option name="charting.legend.placement">right</option>

 </chart>
