can i restrict apps for roles ??

Hi..

I could see the option "Default app" for a role but how can we list of apps ?? say i have to give that role access two particular apps(say MYAPP and Search APP) ..so when an user associated with that logins ..he would able to see only those two particular apps...

Can we do it ?? Please give me the link if we the documentation . i have gone through the admin manul for edit roles but couldnt see this info..please help...

You don't restrict who can view what app from the role per say. You would actually do it from the app.

Go to Manager > Apps > permissions for each app, and change it so that only the roles that you want to be able to view this app will see it.
