At docs.splunk.com, you can find all you need.

I hint to start from the Splunk Search Tutorial (https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/SplunkCloud/latest/SearchTutorial/WelcometotheSearchTutorial) that teach you to use Splunk Programming Language.
