Splunk ES - "Status Transitions" under "Edit Notable Event Status" is not getting updated

Status transition is not working from "New" to other statuses other than "Resolved". When we try to edit the transition roles for other statuses with out throwing any error it is getting submitted. But when we return to the status edit window the change made is not reflected. At the same time status transition from "New" to "Resolved" is working with out any issue also the authorization addition is working perfectly fine for "Resolved" status.

Note:I am using administrator account to do these actions.

Can anybody help me resolving this issues?

  1. Enable/Disable the statuses which you want to transition in 'Notable Event Status' page. Disable and Enable the status even if the status are already Enabled.
  2. Click status value in the same page and select roles in Authorization field for status transitions are required, then Save it.
