Search process did not exit c exit cleanly, exit_code=111, description="exited with error: Application does not exist

Why i am getting error for one of the indexer from indexer cluster while running a report from particular app. Error is below one.

The following error(s) and caution(s) occurred while the search ran, Therefore, search results might be incomplete. Hide errors.
◦ remote search process failed on peer
◦ Search resuits might be incomplete: the search process on the peerfelog-ldx4.gov.sg] ended prematurely. Check the peer log. such as $SPLUNK_HOME/ar/log/splunk/splunkd.log and as well as the search.log for the particular search.
.• [elog-idx04.opsnet.gov.sg] Search process did not exit c exit cleanly, exit_code=111, description="exited with error: Application does not exist: eg_abcapp'. Please look in search.log for this peer in the Job Inspector for more info.

@livehybrid thank you so much for your reply. There is no app exist in cm managerapps folder.  Yes we have done index creation before a week and it was showing successful. But not sure what is the issue for this error. Plz guide. Thanks

@livehybrid also i could not see any manually created apps are in manager apps folder. is this correct path i am searching to get the app lists in CM ?

Hi @Pujarani 

Please could you give some further info on your deployment architecture? Are you using Federated Search at all?

Please can you confirm if your Cluster Manager has had a recent bundle push, was this successful? Does the app in the log exist in the Cluster Manager $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/manager-apps folder?
