Python SDK real time search results in web page

Is it possible to display results in a web page using a python script? It is easy to dispatch a search and display the results in web pages using python scripts but I can't get a handle on how to do it with a real time search. I've looked at the examples in the SDK but they really aren't very helpful, that includes stail.py.

You can make a custom Python end point by a simple configuration in web.conf and a python file...

* In your python implementation you can execute your search, create a custom HTML out of the result and return it to your page
For real time :
You may have to post ajax request in some interval and update your page...
