Proofpoint is not loading

I installed the add-on for proofpoint. The add-on link is
https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3681/.

I am using splunk enterprise 7.1.4. After the installation, I can not open the configuration page. When i launch the app, It is loading and nothing happens after that.

Anyone can help me here.
