Hi,

We would like to know more about lower (lower95) and upper (upper95) prediction and how the count for lower(predict(count)) upper(predict(count)) is derived.

lower95(value) and upper95(value) represent the 95% confidence interval for the prediction. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confidence_interval for detailed information.
