Is there any way to add a new "Save As" option other than "Report" or "Dashboard Panel"?

Currently, the "Save As" option near search bar allows to store the result as Report or Dashboard Panel. I was wondering if there is any way to add a new options sourced from a custom splunk app.

Not really.

In theory you could deep-dive into the hell pit that is Splunk's JS UI and try to work something in there, but that'd be neither nice, supported, or upgrade-friendly. In reality you should submit this as a feature request, but I wouldn't get my hopes up as it's probably a pretty small corner case in the bigger product picture.
