Is there a REST endpoint for an admin level user to return all lookup table files, not just global?

I've noticed that calling the REST endpoint /services/data/lookup-table-files only returns global lookups. I'm making this call as an admin level user, and the behavior is the same. The only way I can view non-global lookups via REST is to query that specific apps namespace.

Is there no mechanism for an admin level user to get all lookups via REST without making multiple calls for each app?

The only way that I know is to cull through all the results like this (which is what I do):

| rest/services/data/lookup-table-files | search eai:acl.app=MyApp
