Splunk Search

How to split a row into two columns

We want to replicate this table (especially the circled row).

We have to divide data (from 1 to 3 and from 4 to 6) for each week of the month but we actually don't know if it's possible to exactly replicate the table using Splunk.

There's a way to do it?
