How to set height for bar chart Bars?

I have created a few bar charts. In that few of the charts have 10 bars,5 bars, and 1 bar. All of these charts bars should come in the same height and space.(space between the bars should equal and if the chart having 5 bars then it should take 50% off the panel)

I guess you are asking for the panel format option. Use the Format menu with Unstacked option to configure the visualization in the panel.
