How to send splunk alert msg to WebEx chat to individual person?

Already in my environment that add-on is available, but i need when each email(individual person) is triggered through Splunk alert, that has to be communicated through webEx chat.
Please see below email triggered condition.

You need to select WebEx Chat from the list "+ Add Action" instead of Email.

That functionality has to be implemented by the alert action.

I was looking through the code of the alert action in the Add-on, and I don't see such functionality being implemented.

Yes, i know that one Cisco team integration...this add-on will use only group WebEx chat based on room I'd...

Here my question, with some condition through splunk alert email is getting triggered..

So like that how to communicate through WebEx chat to individual person

No, an email will not send messages on WebEx Chat.

You can create your own custom alert action to send individual messages on WebEx Chat. (As you mentioned it's not supported by the Add-on on Splunkbase).
