How to achieve request PerSecond using metrics

I have a query like this:

| mstats rate(request_total) as request_rate prestats=true WHERE index="index-metrics" AND namespace="namespace" AND pod="podname-*" span=30s BY pod

I was looking to mimic the dashboard that grafana provides for RequestsForSecond, ResponseLatency etc..
Can anyone help me with how to achieve with Splunk? I use Splunk 7.3.2
