How to Change Bar Colors by time span in TimeChart

I would like to change the colors of the bars in bar chart depending on the hour of the day. The timechart is using a span=1h based on the average of a specific field within that hour. I am trying to figure out how to change the color of the bar based on the hour of the day.

You will have to define a color for every hour on the X-Axis in the options.
