EventsViewers doesn't support Drilldown. How can modify default click actions?
If I click on a segmentation, I would like to kill off a customized search based on the segmentation and put them to a new view. How can I do that?

There' a similar example of this in the Splunk Developer manual that you might find useful. http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/4.2/Developer/EventRendering
In this example the "click" on a term behavior is modified to redirect a search to a third party website passing the field value as an argument. Check out the Add Custom JavaScript section.
