How do I include lower and upper limits in chart?

Hello Spunk Community!
I have a set of data when plotted it has the shape of a bell curve. I want this data plotted on a chart that has lower and upper limits so I can see where the bell curve falls between the limits. How can I include the lower and upper limits in the chart?
