How do I access the HiddenChartFormatter?

I'm new to Splunk. I would like to change the colors on charts. Looking at some answers on this issue I see that you have to get into the HiddenChartFormatter module. But, I can't figure out how to get there. Can someone help?

If you got to Manager » User interface » Views and click on a view (dashboard) this will show you the XML that you can edit...You'll have something like this inserted in the module.

[0xFF0000,0xFFFF00,0x00FF00]

Example below of some XML for a gauge.

SLA Infractions - Gauge

radialGauge
shiny

150px
false

And if you are new you'll want to start here if you haven't already been through Advanced XML views.
