How can I reverse grouping in nested JSON block?

I have a JSON block that contains one account id and a number of nested resources. I can easily get a list of resources for each Account ID. The reources are a limited set and I would like to produce a list of Account IDs for each resource. Not sure how to reverse the grouping.
