How can I generate alerts when your laptop battery level reaches down to 20%?

I am just new with working with SPLUNK and I find it interesting to investigate this.

Now I'm on battery so here goes: Perfmon provides Battery Status -> Remaining Capacity in mWh for the charge left in the battery, what represents "20% remaining" depends on your battery size, condition, and some trial and error. Perfmon also provides Battery Status -> Discharge Rate in mW, using that you can estimate when your battery will reach what remaining capacity in the future, provided the power draw remains the same.

Perfmon may have info on that, can't verify that today though.
