There are several solutions for sending SNMP traps from Splunk. Here's one over on Splunkbase that is pretty basic. Here is another.

What is your goal?
Where are you wanting to send the information?
How are you getting the SNMP traps now?
Are you searching to get the events for the traps that you want t send?
Just having a script doesn't mean you will be able to use it.
