How to add group widgets/panel in a dashboard with a common border?

Eg

group1 :  panel1,  panel 2  - combined border for blue color

group2 : panel3,  panel 4  and panel5 - combined border for red color

You can consider a row as group and assign a border with color. Can you please try this?

<dashboard>
  <label>Group Panels</label>
  <row id="row_1">
    <panel>
      <single>
        <search>
          <query>| stats count</query>
          <earliest>-24h@h</earliest>
          <latest>now</latest>
        </search>
        <option name="drilldown">none</option>
      </single>
    </panel>
