Download Link in Result Table

Hi, I'm looking for a possibility to add a download link to a column within a result table ( e.g. ... | table field1). This should be a clickable link for the user that contain the field value of field1 in the URI e.g. http://myserver/field1Value.xml

Is there a way to achieve this in Splunk?

Yes, it can be done. But it's note quite straight-forward. You have to either create a custom Module to do it or alter the behaviour of a SimpleResultTable using an application.js in your app.
