Does not load automatic lookup

I have configured an automatic lookup, however when I try to do a search it gives a message "

  • Could not load lookup=LOOKUP-auto_prices
  • [subsearch]: Could not load lookup=LOOKUP-auto_prices

"

Can someone help me,please?
