Does Splunk Contain any Messages about the License of Splunk Addons

I tried to set up a savedsearch to monitor the accounts from different addons. For instance, Maxmind addon (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3022), it requires account set up in order to function. If the account is expired, does Splunk have any logs so that I can set up the alert to notify.
