Change orientation of X axis labels in simple XML chart

Hi,

I have a simple XML dashboard which displays a line chart. Because of large data set, the X axis labels of chart is shrinked as 9..0, 1..0...and so on.

I am able to rotate the labels by 90 degree in Advance XML using following line of code:

<param name="charting.axisLabelsX.majorLabelStyle.rotation">90</param>

And I observed that this line works only with FlashChart module.

Is there any way to rotate the X axis label in Simple XML?? I put the same line in simple xml dashboard by replacing "param" tag with "option", but didn't get the breakthrough.

This feature added to simple XML dashboards in Splunk 6.1 and later according to below link. http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/6.1/Viz/ChartConfigurationReference
