AccountBar mode options

Is there any way to get popup or lite mode AccountBar WITH the logo clickable? This would be very useful for turning off all nav except reloading or stopping a restricted dashboard...

I think you will need to create your own custom module in order to get this level of functionality (or open an enhancement request to get this knob added).
