Report Generation Failed Issue

Hello,

I have installed Splunk Soar (on-premise) recently using the splunk documentation, and I want to generate a report on the event. But, it gives report generation failed.

If you click on the "Response" tab on that screen, what does it give you? Hopefully this will give a more meaningful error message.
