We were thinking of creating a Custom app called SOAR Utilities which would have things like data manipulation and formating..etc and I was trying to see if this was the right approach vs using custom functions. It feels like Custom Functions aren't needed and are better covered via a custom app/actions.
I guess my question is what makes Custom Functions Special compared to Apps/App Action and when should we use them?
